• Your Data is Yours: You can write thoughts, set reminders, and save memories—it's your private space. You own all your content (your notes, goals, and data). We will securely store and process this data through trusted third-party services (like Firebase) to make Flynkie work better for you.

Flynkie uses AI to give you helpful reminders, suggest goals, and chat with you. However:

• Not Always Perfect: The AI is smart, but still learning! It might occasionally get things wrong, interpret details imperfectly, or produce errors. We are not responsible for any actions or decisions you make based on Flynkie's output.

The Flynkie app, software, design, logos, and all code are our sole property and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
